Phase 8: Deliverables

Issue a list of key deliverables that need to be created in order for the revenue growth strategy to come to life.

The Problem

  1. Fancy presentations and “recommendations” do not translate into revenue growth numbers. Without a clear answer to the question “what do I get”, an attempt to grow revenue can result in nothing more than an academic exercise.

The Solution

  1. A list of deliverables, a detailed description of each, and an explanation of how they will be used by the team.
